Hallstatt Realty LLP is located near the Kedari Petrol Pump in Wanawadi. Our spot is at Parmar Hall, which is a fairly well-known landmark in this part of Pune City. The address is Sr. No. 66/2A/2B/1. Being near a petrol pump means there is always a lot of traffic and movement nearby, so it never gets too quiet. Our office is a place where we get things done without much fuss. We don’t have a team of people in expensive suits. Most of the time, we are just dressed in regular clothes, drinking tea and looking over local property listings. Wanawadi is a good area, and we enjoy being based here. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. It isn't a high-tech showroom; it's just a working office. We handle all sorts of property matters for people in the neighborhood. We don't have a complicated mission statement or any big promises. We just try to be helpful when someone walks through the door. Sometimes we have to run out to meet someone at a site, so the office might be closed for an hour or two during the middle of the day. We are just local folks working in the real estate field. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the local market changes as they happen. It’s a decent living and we keep it honest.
