We have our office at number 11 in the Yogiraj Complex. This is on the 7th Main in the 7th Sector of Hadapsar. If you are looking for the place, we are right opposite Durvankur Society. It’s a busy spot with a lot of people coming and going. Our office is a simple room with some chairs and a big table where we spread out our maps. We’ve been in Hadapsar for several years, so we’ve seen how the sector has grown and changed. We handle all sorts of real estate work, from small apartments to larger plots of land. Most days, one of us is out showing a property while the other stays back to answer the phone. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people just know us from being in the complex for so long. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. We keep all our records in big physical ledgers and folders. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't try to push anyone into making a choice. We just show the places and let the people decide for themselves. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just explaining things to someone who is buying for the first time. It’s just part of the daily routine here in Hadapsar.
