Suvidha Estate

Our little shop is right on Handewadi Road in Hadapsar, just across from the Sanskruti Building. If you're driving by Survey No 73/167, you’ll see Shop No 2, that’s where we are. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. We’ve been helping people find places to live or sell their houses around here for a good bit of time. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, answering the phone, and keeping track of who is moving where. Hadapsar is growing so fast, so there's always someone asking about a flat or a bit of land. We try to keep our notes organized, though the desk gets messy with all the property listings sometimes. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just a local business where we know the streets and the buildings pretty well. Sometimes people just stop in to ask for directions or see what the prices are doing this month. We don't mind. We grew up around these parts, so we know which roads get flooded and where the quiet spots are. Dealing with houses can be stressful for folks, so we just try to be normal and tell them what we know. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get settled in a home that fits them. It’s a simple living for us and we like the people who come by.
