We are located at Shop No D-1/110 in the Kalsh Residency, right on B T Kawade Road in Hadapsar. It is a very busy road, so there is always a lot of noise and dust from the vehicles passing by all day. Our shop is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are passing through the residency. We do not have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It is just a regular shop where we keep our files and meet with clients. Most of what we do involves finding apartments or small shops for people around Hadapsar. It is a part of the city that is growing very quickly, so there is always something new to look at. We are a small team, and usually, there is only one of us in the office while the other is out showing a flat. We know the people who live in Kalsh Residency and the other buildings nearby. We do not use any corporate language or try to sound like we are bigger than we are. We just help with the basic stuff like rent agreements and finding a place that fits a person's budget. Sometimes the work is just sitting and waiting for the phone to ring, and other times we are running around all day. We keep a simple ledger of all the properties we handle. It is an honest way to make a living and we like being part of the local community.
