Sun Rays Real Estate is based out of Simrose Apartments on Gotri Road. It’s a pretty decent area. We’ve been working out of Plot No 7-17 for some time now. Dealing with property in Hadapsar means we see all sorts of people. Some are looking for big houses, others just want a small room to start out. We handle the middle-man stuff. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people different flats. The Harinagar Society is a quiet enough place to work from. We keep a desk here and a lot of keys. Managing real estate isn't always glamorous. There's a lot of waiting around for people who might not show up. But when someone finds a place they actually like, it’s a good feeling. We’ve noticed the roads getting busier lately. Gotri Road used to be much easier to drive through. Now you have to time it right. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show the apartment and let the person decide. If there’s a leak in the roof, we mention it. No point hiding things because it only causes trouble later. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving between sites. It’s a local business and we like it that way. We know the landlords and we know the buildings. If you need to find us, just look for the sign near the entrance of the complex.
