Sukheta Real Estate is located right on Hadapsar Main Road. It’s a very busy area, so there is always noise from the traffic and people walking by. Our office is just a regular shopfront where we handle all the property stuff that comes our way. We don’t have a fancy interior or any expensive decorations. It’s a practical space for practical work. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or sell land and houses around Hadapsar. Because we are on the main road, we get a lot of walk-ins. Some people are just curious, while others have serious business to discuss. We try to give everyone a bit of our time. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in real estate, and we spend a good chunk of the afternoon filling out forms or checking titles. It’s not the most exciting work, but it needs to be done right. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the road change quite a bit as new buildings go up. We just keep doing our part in the middle of it all. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up, answer the phones, and help people find what they’re looking for. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. Most of the time we're just busy with the daily routine of tracking down owners and buyers. It takes time but we get there.
