Sanjay Real Estate

Our office is at L 202 in the Hadapsar Magarpatta Mega Center. It is a massive place, so we often have to tell people exactly which floor and wing to go to when they visit. We have been based here for a few years now, and it is a good spot to work from. The office itself is quite basic, just some chairs and a desk where we keep our files. We don’t have a big corporate setup with lots of staff. It’s mostly just us handling everything from the phones to showing people around. Magarpatta is a very busy area with lots of offices and homes, so there is always something to do. We spend a lot of our time walking through the Mega Center and the surrounding streets. We know the layout of the buildings around Hadapsar pretty well. We aren’t interested in using a lot of marketing talk or big promises here at Sanjay Real Estate. We just show people what is available and let them make their own choices. Sometimes the Mega Center gets really crowded, especially on the weekends, but it’s part of being in such a central location. We deal with rentals and sales, mostly trying to find something that fits within a person's budget. It is a lot of hard work and staying on top of the details, but it keeps us busy. We are usually around most days if someone needs help.
