Ovi Properties

You can find us at Office No 1 on Hadapsar Telco Road. Ovi Properties is right in Vishal Park, which is directly opposite Nobel Hospital. It is a busy spot because of the hospital, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle property stuff here. The office isn't very large, but it works for us. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about different real estate options. It is a practical space, nothing too flashy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites around the Hadapsar area. Being across from the hospital makes it easy to give directions to people who aren't from this part of town. We just tell them to look for Nobel Hospital and we are right there. The team here is small and we have worked together for a bit. We don't have any fancy uniforms or anything, just regular clothes. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork when there is a lot of it piling up. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic on Telco Road, but we keep the place as clean as we can. We just try to help people find what they are looking for without making things complicated. It is just a normal local business doing its thing every day. Most of our clients are just regular people from the city looking for a place.
