If you are looking for us, we are at A 208 in Hadapsar. We’re right on the 132 Feet Ring Road, specifically near the Shyamal Cross Road. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the road noise is something we just live with now. The office is one of those spots where you can see the whole city moving past from the window. We focus on real estate around this side of town. It’s not a huge corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee machine for guests. It’s just a room where we work. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at buildings or meeting people at different plots of land. When we are here, we’re usually catching up on calls or trying to organize the latest listings. It’s a lot of legwork, and sometimes things fall through, which is just how it goes in this business. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just know the Hadapsar area and the Ring Road very well. We’ve seen how much it has changed over the years. Our goal is just to keep doing our job and helping people find what they need. It’s a simple operation, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come to us are looking for something specific, and we do our best to find it within their budget.
