We are based in Mantri Angan Society, right near Ganesh Baug in the Hadapsar area. The address is 29738, near the SP Centre. It’s a busy part of the city, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We’ve been in this society for a good while now. Our office isn’t huge, but it serves us well for the property work we do. Most days, we’re busy dealing with local rentals and sales around Hadapsar and Colaba. It can get a bit chaotic with all the different papers and maps we keep on the desks. We aren't corporate types; we're just people who know this side of town and help others find their way through the real estate market. The society is a nice community, and being near Ganesh Baug makes it easy for people to find us. We often walk over to the local stalls for a snack in the afternoon. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s available in the area. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us answering the phone and meeting people face-to-face. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around here a mess, but we still make it into the office. We like being part of the local scene and seeing how the neighborhood grows every year.
