Gaikwad Estate

Gaikwad Estate is over at 110/115 Hadapsar Bhor in Pune. We are near Ravi Darshan and not very far from the Akashwani Kendre. It is a busy part of Pune, and we have been working out of this office for a good while. The noise from the street is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We are not a corporate giant. We are just a small group of people who understand the Hadapsar area. Our office has everything we need, like a computer that is a bit slow and a bunch of metal filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for a place to live or work. It is not always easy, but we try to keep things moving. We do not use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone who walks in. We just tell it like it is. If a place has issues, we mention them right away. We think that is the best way to do things in a neighborhood like Ravi Darshan. Everyone knows everyone here eventually. We see the same faces every morning when we open up. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with the shop owners nearby. It is a community. We are not just here for business; we live this life every day. We just try to be practical and help people navigate the local property market.
