Dreamz Real Estate is based in Office No J 311, on the third floor of the Mega Centre. That’s on Magarpatta City Road in the Hadapsar area. The Mega Centre is a really big place, so sometimes people get lost looking for the J block specifically. We’ve been here for a good while now. The office isn't very large at all, just enough room for our desks and a small table for meeting with clients. We focus on the Hadapsar and Ghatlodia Crossing Road area. It’s a growing part of the city, so there’s always some new construction going on nearby. We spend our days answering emails, making calls, and driving out to show properties near Noble Hospital or over by the crossing. The parking at Mega Centre can be a total nightmare on weekends, so we usually tell people to come on weekdays if they can. We try to keep things simple here. We don't use any fancy high-tech gadgets, just our phones and some old notebooks to keep track of the listings. My brother and I started this because we knew the local market better than anyone else. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Pune, just a reliable one for the local neighborhood. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the files on the desk, so the place looks a bit lived-in. We have a small kettle for making tea when it’s raining outside. It is a decent way to spend the day.
