Chaitnya Real Estates

Chaitnya Real Estates is located over at Bt/25 in the Destination Center. If you know the Hadapsar area, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the traffic and people moving around the 2nd Cross. Our office isn't the biggest, but we have enough space to sit down and talk through things. I usually get in early to beat the rush and get the lights on before the first phone calls start coming in. It’s a practical setup we have here. We don't have any of those shiny posters or expensive furniture you see in the mall. Just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. The Destination Center is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We spend a lot of our time out and about, but there is usually someone sitting at the desk in Bt/25 to answer the door. It’s mostly just local work, dealing with the properties around Hadapsar and the nearby streets. Some days are quiet and we just catch up on filing, while other days everyone seems to show up at the same time. We’ve got used to the noise from the 2nd Cross by now. It’s just part of being in this part of town. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. We've been here long enough that most of the other shop owners know where we sit.
