Growksh Ventures Private Limited is tucked away in the Kothrud area of Pune. Our address is a little bit of a mouthful for people who aren't from around here: 54/4 near Mahatma at Flat No. C-26 in the Jijai Nagari Borate Farms. It is a nice enough residential area, though finding our specific building can be a bit of a challenge for delivery drivers or first-time visitors. We have been operating out of this flat for a good while now. It is definitely cozy, and it might feel a little cramped when we have a lot of projects happening at once, but it works for our needs. Pune is a great city to live in, and Kothrud has its own unique energy that we enjoy. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and a small corner where we take our breaks. Most of our work is done on laptops, so we do not actually need a massive amount of office equipment or space. We tend to keep our own hours, though there is usually someone here from early morning until late evening. The building is generally quiet, which really helps when we need to put our heads down and focus on a difficult task. We have a lot of trees around the Borate Farms area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We do not have a fancy lobby or assistants. It is just us doing the work and trying to keep things moving.
