Group One Associates & Real Estate

Group One Associates & Real Estate is over at 115 Solapur Road. We are based in the Mega Centre, specifically in the Motu Faliya area. Being in the Mega Centre means there is always something going on around us. There are people coming and going from all sorts of businesses, and the parking lot is usually a bit of a mess. Our office at number 115 is where we keep our files and meet people when they have questions. Solapur Road is one of those big, long roads that always seems to have construction happening somewhere on it. It makes getting to work a bit of a challenge some mornings, but we manage. The office itself is just a functional space. We have some desks, some old calendars on the walls, and a water cooler that makes a funny noise every time someone uses it. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it’s comfortable for us. Motu Faliya has its own local feel even though the Mega Centre is quite large. We see the same security guards every day and exchange a nod. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We are just focused on the paperwork and the phone calls that keep us busy from morning until evening.
