We operate Groundup Asia Private Limited out of the Pimple Nilakh area. Specifically, you can find us at Swapna Shilpa, in unit FL-A/24. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the main city center of Pune, which is something we all really appreciate during the work week. The building itself is easy enough to spot once you turn onto the right lane from the main road. We have been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit with new small shops and apartments opening up nearby. Our office space is not very large, but it fits the few of us who are here every single day. We usually start our mornings around nine and keep things going until the work is actually done. It can be a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up again, but we just consider that part of the daily routine. We have a few plants sitting on the balcony that we try our best to keep alive, though we honestly forget to water them more often than we should. Working from this part of town is nice because it does not feel as chaotic as the busier districts. We spend our days on the phone or staring at screens, making sure every project is staying on track. It is definitely not a glamorous setup. We just have some chairs, a few sturdy tables, and a coffee machine that gets used constantly.
