Greenluck Agro Producer Company Limited is situated in the Banosa area. You can find us near Maliye House, at number 423/58, care of Shrikrushana Baswant Wankhade. We are a small outfit made up of local farmers from around here. It’s a pretty simple setup. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big corporate philosophy. We just wanted a way to work together so we could buy what we need in bulk and hopefully get a better price when we sell our harvest. Banosa is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so word travels fast. The office is just a regular room where we handle the administrative side of things, like keeping track of who contributed what and where the money is going. It's often dusty and full of stacks of paper, but it gets the job done. We talk about the crops a lot—what's growing well, what isn't, and how the prices are looking at the local market. Farming is never easy, and there are always problems to solve, like a broken pump or a late monsoon. Having the company means we have a bit more backup when things get tough. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We are just local people trying to make a living from the land, using our collective strength to stay afloat in a business that is always changing. It's practical work for practical people, and that's how we like it.
