We are located at House Number 717 in Nhavara, which is part of Shirur Taluka in the Pune district. Even though we have a name like Gradeone Agro India Producer Company Limited, we are as local as it gets. We don't have a headquarters in a big city skyscraper. We are right here where the crops are grown. Nhavara is a place where most people know each other, and that’s how we like to run things. We spend our time checking on the fields and making sure everyone has what they need for the season. It’s not a very structured environment. Usually, someone just drops by the house to talk about their harvest or to ask about the latest news on prices. We try to keep things simple and practical. We don't use any of those big marketing words because they don't really mean much when you're standing in a field of onions or bajra. We are just trying to build something that helps us get our products to market without getting cheated along the way. It’s hard work and the hours are long, especially when the weather isn't doing what we want. We aren't perfect, and we're still learning how to handle the business side of things, but we are honest about what we do. We’re just a group of Shirur farmers trying to make a living for our families while staying true to our roots here in Pune.
