We are Goswami Real Estate Consultancy. Our address is 7 Viman Nagar, Srilakshmi Nilaya, which is on the 7th Main and 9th Cross of Jayanagar 2nd Block. We are pretty close to the Reebok Showroom and right across from the Datta Mandir Chowk. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you get to Jayanagar, it’s not too hard to find us. The office is in a building called Srilakshmi Nilaya. It’s a busy area with the temple nearby, so there is always the sound of bells or people talking. We have a few desks squeezed into the room and a lot of cabinets for all the property documents. We’ve been here in Viman Nagar for a long time. Our days are mostly spent meeting people who are looking for houses in Jayanagar. We walk over to the chowk quite often to get snacks or just to stretch our legs. The office doesn't have any fancy decorations, just a few potted plants that we sometimes forget to water. We handle all the local real estate questions that come our way. Most of the people who come in are just looking for a simple place to live. We sit down with them, show them the lists we have, and then go out to see the sites. It’s a regular routine that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the neighborhood and the people around here make the work interesting.
