If you are trying to find us, we are right on M G Road in Kothrud. Our office is tucked into Mandvi Commerce Avenue, specifically in unit 20/21/4. We are located directly above the PNG Jewellers, which is a massive landmark that everyone in this area knows. It makes giving directions a lot easier than it would be otherwise. Goodland Realty Pvt Ltd has been running things from this floor for a good while now. The building is decent enough, even if the elevator is a bit slow when the shops downstairs are packed with customers. Most of our day is spent talking on phones or meeting folks who happen to stop by the office. It gets really bright in here during the late afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We have a few desks and some files piled up in the corners, which is pretty standard for a real estate office. We also spend a lot of time walking around the streets of Kothrud. The neighborhood has seen a lot of changes lately. New shops are opening up all the time. Working above a jewelry store means there is always security around, which is actually quite nice. We mostly just focus on our customers and the different properties we are handling. It is not a very glamorous job, mostly just a lot of paperwork and checking on building sites. We try to keep things simple and honest here.
