Our office is in Erandwane, specifically Office No. 101. It’s an older part of Pune, which we like. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the plot and CTS numbers, but once you find the building, we're right there on the first floor. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly local houses and some commercial spaces. It’s not a very big office. There’s enough room for a few desks and a table where we sit down with clients to go over contracts. We don't use flashy brochures or big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past. We try to be helpful and give clear answers. Real estate can get confusing with all the rules and paperwork, so we just try to break it down. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. We know the Erandwane area inside and out. If you’re looking for something specific around here, we usually have a good idea of what’s available. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to see us at F Pl No. 61/13. It's just simple work we do every day to keep things moving for our neighbors and clients.
