GOKHALE PROPERTIES LLP

Gokhale Properties LLP is tucked away in Erandwana at Gokhale House. Our office is number 101 on the first floor. It is a solid building, and we have been here at CTS 104/15 for some time now. Erandwana is a nice part of Pune, and it feels a bit more settled than some of the newer outskirts of the city. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that out front. Most people who need us know where Gokhale House is anyway. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks covered in papers and a few computers that have seen better days. We do our own filing and handle our own calls ourselves. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we don't bother with fancy slogans or advertisements. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. When someone comes in, we offer them a seat and talk about whatever property issues or questions they have. It’s pretty simple really. We know the 411004 area code like the back of our hands. The office is usually quiet, which helps when we have to go through legal documents or tax records. We aren't part of some massive chain of companies. We are just a local Pune firm doing the work day in and day out. That’s the way we’ve always done it and it seems to work out fine.
