Gnosis Data Marketing Private Limited is a small outfit that deals with data and marketing stuff. It is not a fancy corporate park; it is more of an industrial-feeling area with a lot of movement around us. We moved in here because it was practical and gave us the space we needed without costing a fortune. Inside, we have got our computers set up and plenty of wires. We spend most of our time looking at lists and numbers, trying to make sense of things for our clients. It is quiet work, even if the estate outside is a bit noisy with trucks and people moving goods. We are not the type to have a big website with glossy photos. We are just regular people who know a bit about data. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always cleaning the screens. We take our tea breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in Pune. It is a simple routine. We start early to avoid the worst of the heat and stay until the work is finished. There is no big philosophy behind what we do. We just took a space in Manjari and started working. Most of our neighbors are in different trades, but we all get along well enough while we do our own things.
