You can find us at 17 Baner Gaon, on Dr Rajkumar Road in the 6th Block. It’s a busy area of Pune that’s changed a lot over the last few years. We’ve been here through a lot of that growth, working out of our office and keeping track of the local land and building deals. Our place is pretty simple, with some old wooden desks and a lot of local knowledge. We don't really do the corporate thing with fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. We’re just local people who know the streets of Baner inside and out. A typical day for us involves checking on construction sites or meeting with owners who want to sell their old plots. There is always a lot of dust from the nearby road work, but that’s just part of being in an area that’s developing so fast. We talk to a lot of young professionals moving here for work, as well as the older families who have been in Baner for decades. We try to be direct about prices and what’s actually available. We don’t like wasting time with long meetings that don’t go anywhere. If you need a spot in the 6th block, we probably know about it before it even gets a sign out front. It’s just a regular, local business trying to keep things simple for everyone involved.
