If you are ever walking near Wadgaon Khurd, you might see Shop 09 at Sinhgad Darshan. That is where Girme Property Private Limited is located. It’s a small shop, but it fits everything we need for our daily work. We’ve got our chairs and a table where we look at maps and documents all day long. Being at 14/4B means we are right in the thick of things with the local traffic. People walk by constantly, and sometimes they poke their heads in to ask for directions or just to say hello to us. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just one of us sitting there with a laptop and a phone. The area around here has its own pace, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years we have been here. We handle property stuff for people who live around Pune, mostly. It is not always exciting work, but it is what we know and what we have been doing for a while. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just tell people what we know about the local plots and buildings in the area. The shop gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep the door open to catch whatever breeze comes by. It is an honest way to make a living. We like the community around Wadgaon Khurd and being a small part of it.
