We are located on the second floor of ABIL House on Ganeshkhind Road. It's a well-known building in this part of Pune. Being on a main road means it's usually loud outside with all the traffic, but inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people on the phone. We work on various real estate projects. Nothing too complicated, just the usual buying, selling, and managing properties. We don’t have a big reception desk with a fancy logo. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. Most of us have lived in Pune for a long time, so we know the streets and the neighborhoods pretty well. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons out at different locations. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried under some documents or looking at blueprints. We don't try to sound like a big corporate office because we aren't one. It’s just a group of us who know the property market here. We like to keep it simple. If someone needs help finding a space or needs advice on a plot, we do our best to give them the facts. It’s straightforward work and we’ve been doing it at CTS No. 2736-2737 for a bit now. We just try to keep things moving along for our clients without making a big fuss about it.
