Ghodganga Agro Llp is located out at 783/1/A on the Eklahare Sultanpur Road. It is a bit of a drive out toward Ambegaon in Pune, near Sultanpur. Being right on the road like this means we get a lot of dust, but it is a good place for an agro business to be. You can see the fields not too far off. The building is simple, just a practical structure that keeps the rain off our heads. We spend a lot of time out of our chairs, walking around or heading out to meet people in Sultanpur. There is always the sound of trucks or tractors going by outside. The office has a concrete floor that is easy to sweep, which is good because we bring in a lot of dirt on our shoes. We have a small table where we sit to eat lunch and talk about how the crops are doing this season. It is not the kind of place with air conditioning or soft carpets. It is a working office for people who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We keep our ledgers by hand mostly, though there is a computer in the corner for the official stuff. The air here feels different than in the city, a bit more open. We like the pace of things here in the Ambegaon area. It is steady and predictable, which suits the way we work.
