Our office for Gharbazar Realty Private Limited is located at Kadam Plaza in Ambegaon Kh. We are up on the 4th floor in Unit 7. It’s quite close to the New Mumbai Highway, so we see a lot of people passing through the area every hour. Ambegaon is one of those places that has been changing a lot lately with new buildings and shops going up everywhere you look. We are right in the thick of all that growth. The office isn't very big, but it serves us well for what we need. We have enough space for our small team to sit and handle the daily real estate inquiries that come in over the phone. Most of our day is spent answering questions or heading out to look at different sites nearby. It’s a practical workspace without any unnecessary frills or expensive furniture. We have a small pantry in the corner where we make tea, and that’s about it for the extras. The highway noise is a constant backdrop to our daily work, but you get used to it after a week. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big ads; we just focus on the actual property work that needs to be finished. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to our folders. It’s a local business run by people who understand how this part of the city works.
