Ge Capital International Services

Our office for Ge Capital International Services is located at 33, Yeshwant Nagar, which is just off the main Ganesh Khind Road in Pune. It is a pretty good spot because we are close enough to the main action of the city but tucked away just enough that it is not constantly noisy. Pune has changed a lot over the years, but this neighborhood still feels familiar to those of us who have been here a while. The work we do involves a lot of data and international service coordination, so the office is mostly rows of computers and people with headsets on. It is a practical environment. We do not have any expensive art on the walls or designer furniture. The desks are standard, the chairs are comfortable enough for a long shift, and the coffee machine in the breakroom is the most popular piece of equipment we own. Mornings usually start with everyone checking their emails and catching up on what happened overnight. Since we deal with international stuff, the timing can be a bit odd sometimes, but we make it work. The staff here is a mix of people from all over the city. We have our routine down, from the morning commute through the Pune traffic to the late afternoon snacks someone usually brings in. It is not a glamorous life, but it is honest work and we have a good rhythm going. We just focus on getting the numbers right and making sure the systems are running like they should.
