Gdr Agrotech Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 145 in Bhanang. It’s a small village in the Jalgaon area, part of the Ambad Taluka here in Jalna district. We are mostly a group of farmers and workers who decided to join up and form this company to help manage our agricultural needs. We don't have a lot of polished speeches to give anyone. Most of our time is spent out in the fields or here at the house making sure the numbers add up. Bhanang is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we have to stay honest and work hard. It’s not always easy keeping things running when prices change or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we do our best. We aren't looking to become some massive global firm. We just want to make sure that the people in Ambad have a reliable way to handle their produce and get their supplies. There’s no big marketing team here, just us. We handle the orders, the deliveries, and the planning ourselves. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with papers and muddy boots, but that is just part of the job.
