Gaurav Pataskar And Associates. We are located at Plot No 28, in a bungalow called Sargam. It’s inside Raghukul Society in the Karve Nagar-Hingne Budrukh area of Pune. To find us, you just have to go down the lane where Bhagirathi Hospital is. We are right opposite Girija Shankar Vihar. Working out of a bungalow gives the office a different feel than being in a high-rise. It’s a bit quieter, though you still hear the city sounds of Pune in the background. Our team sits in what used to be the living areas of the house. We’ve got desks and tables spread out where we work on various associate tasks. The lane outside is usually filled with parked scooters and cars from people visiting the hospital nearby. We don’t have any big corporate signs, just a simple nameplate. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. We aren’t big on polished speeches or fancy brochures. We just do the work that needs doing for our clients. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area for a break when the weather is nice. It’s a very local way of doing things, and being in Karve Nagar means we are close to a lot of our projects. It’s just us, the bungalow, and a lot of work to finish.
