Ganesha Real Estate Services is based out of the Chaturshringi area in Pune. Being in 411016, we are right in the middle of a place that has changed a lot over the years. I remember when there were fewer buildings and more open spaces around the hills. Now, it is quite crowded, but that is how things go. We spend most of our time talking to people and looking at different properties in the neighborhood. It is not an easy job because there is a lot of running around involved. One day we are checking out an old flat and the next we are looking at a new plot of land. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, but it is just part of the routine. We don't really have a big corporate office with a receptionist. It is more about being out on the street and knowing who is moving or selling. The weather in Pune is nice for walking, except when the monsoon hits and everything gets muddy. People usually find us through word of mouth or just see us around Chaturshringi. We know the shortcuts and which lanes are too narrow for cars. It is a very local way of doing things. We just try to be honest about what a place is like. There are no fancy speeches here. We just show the houses and help with the documents when someone decides on a place.
