Our place is located in Bhukum on Balaji Nagar Road, right near the ST Stand. It’s a convenient spot for us because we’re close to the main routes. We handle water supply for the local area, which means we’re usually out on the road in our trucks. The ST Stand nearby is always busy, so there’s a lot of activity around us all the time. We started this because we saw a need for reliable water around here. It’s a lot of manual labor, lifting hoses and managing the pumps. We don't have any fancy computer systems for tracking; we mostly use a notebook and our own memory. The sun can be pretty brutal during the day, but we're used to working outside. Sometimes the equipment acts up, and we have to spend an afternoon fixing a pump instead of making deliveries, but that’s just part of the deal. We know most of the neighbors and the other businesses around Balaji Nagar. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just about getting water from point A to point B without too much fuss. We show up, do the deliveries, and then head home once the tanks are empty. It’s been our routine for years now, and we don't plan on changing it much. There are days when the traffic near the stand makes everything take twice as long, but we just deal with it. It’s part of the daily grind.
