Ganesh Estate

Ganesh Estate is based out of the Yagma Complex. It’s located at 629 Bibwewadi Gokhale Nagar. You can find us near Vetal Baba Chowk, right on Senapati Bapat Road. It’s a pretty central spot if you're looking for property around this part of town. We spend a lot of time driving between different sites and then coming back here to the office to handle the paperwork. The office itself is usually full of maps and files. We’ve been dealing with local housing and land for a while. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people at the chowk. People come in asking about rentals or buying a small plot. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings around Gokhale Nagar. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the documents, but we know where everything is. The traffic on Senapati Bapat Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to schedule our meetings around that. It's a basic setup in the complex. We aren't doing anything fancy, just connecting people with places to stay or work. We’ve seen the area grow a lot, with new shops and flats popping up everywhere. We just stay here in our corner of the building and keep track of who's moving where. It is a lot of work but someone has to do it.
