Ganesh Chemical Works

Ganesh Chemical Works is tucked away at Plot No 21/6 in Somwar Peth. If you walked past, you might just see a lot of blue drums and some heavy equipment sitting around. We deal with various chemicals and mixtures, so the smell inside the shop is quite distinct. It’s a lot of pouring, measuring, and making sure the containers are sealed up tight. We have to be careful with what we do, so it’s a slow and steady kind of work. The floor is usually a bit stained from years of work, but we keep it as tidy as a chemical plot can be. Somwar Peth is an old part of the city and our space reflects that history. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and writing down orders in a big paper ledger. The equipment we use is old but it works exactly how it’s supposed to. We spend most of the day in our overalls, moving stock and checking on the batches we have going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise when we are moving barrels early in the morning, but we try to be as quiet as possible. We are just a local operation trying to keep things running smoothly at our little plot in the city.
