Our place, Frutech Agroo Industries, is at 18 Sumeet Plaza, right near the Nisarg Mangal Karyalaya in Gultekadi. This area, especially being close to the Market Yard, is always full of trucks and people dealing with produce. It makes sense for us to be here because that’s the heart of the trade. The office itself is in a plaza that gets quite a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We’ve got a small space where we manage the industrial side of things. It’s often a bit loud outside with the shouting from the market and the vehicles backing up. Inside, we have maps on the walls and a lot of schedules pinned up on boards. I’ve been working here for years, and I’ve seen the market change quite a bit since I started. We don't have fancy furniture, just some old chairs and a big table where we go over the day’s plans with the rest of the staff. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the summer, and we just open the door to get some air from the corridor. We have a lot of regulars who stop by after they finish their business at the Market Yard. It’s a very practical environment for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want to make sure the agro-processing side of things runs like it should every day.
