Friends Properties

Friends Properties is located at Flat No 9 in the C Wing of Manik Apartment. This is over in the Manik Baugh area on Sinhagad Road. It is a busy stretch of road, but the apartment itself sits back a bit in Mes Colony. We are near the Pushpak Mangal Karyalay, which is a big landmark that most people use for directions when they are trying to find us for the first time. The office is really just a flat, so it has a very homey feel to it. You have to come up to the C Wing to find us. Hal Poat is also a local name people use around here. Sinhagad Road is always packed with people going to and from work, so there is a lot of energy in the air. We have been working out of Manik Apartment for a good while. Dealing with properties means we are often out and about, but this is where we keep all our records and meet people. It is not a corporate building by any means, just a regular place in a regular neighborhood. We know the security guards and the other residents in the C Wing. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but that gives us time to talk to the neighbors. It is a straightforward operation we have going here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at local listings for folks who need help finding a place.
