You will find us at A1 306 in the Planet Millennieum complex, which is in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. This is where we run things for Franklin Templeton. Pune is a great city with a lot of energy, and our little corner of it is no exception. The office is located in a nice building that is easy to get to, which makes the morning commute a bit easier for everyone. Inside our space, it is pretty much what you would expect from a working office. We have desks, computers, and a small area where we keep our files. It’s not a huge place, so we all know what everyone else is working on. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate vibe. Instead, we try to keep things relaxed but productive. We spend a lot of time on calls and making sure all our data is accurate. The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat, so we often go out together for lunch when we have the time. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive decorations. We just want a comfortable place to do our jobs and help our clients. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, which are the real tragedies of the day. We are just a group of regular people who take our work seriously but don't take ourselves too seriously. It is a good, honest place to work every day.
