Foxgrit Realties Private Limited is based out of Manjari BK, right in the Mhasoba Wasti area. Our office is located at SNo 129/5K/1/2, which isn't always the easiest place for delivery drivers or new visitors to find the first time they come by. We spend our mornings checking on things and making sure every bit of paperwork is moving along as it should. It’s a local operation, and we don’t try to pretend to be some giant international firm with a skyscraper office. Most of the people who work here are from around the Pune area. We know the streets and the shortcuts pretty well. Manjari is growing fast these days, and we see it happening right outside our windows every morning. There is usually a lot of dust and noise from the construction work nearby, but that is just part of being in this part of town lately. We keep a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of registers in the office. Nothing flashy at all. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures because that’s just not our style. If someone wants to talk about property, they just come over to the office and sit with us. We usually have the fan going and some cold water ready. It is a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home. That’s about all there is to say about what we do here.
