FOUR SIDES PROPERTIES LLP

We are a small team working out of Flat 301 in the Lotus Siddhi building. If you know DP Road in Aundh, you know it gets quite busy around here most of the time. Our office at Four Sides Properties LLP is just one of those places where we spend most of our day handling paperwork and answering phone calls about local houses. It isn’t a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is a functional space where we keep our files and meet people when they drop by to discuss things. Aundh has changed a lot over the years, and being at S.No.162/4B/1 puts us right in the middle of all the new activity. Some days are slow, and other days the tea guy comes by five times because we have so many visitors stopping in. We have been working from this spot for a while now. Most people find us because they live nearby or saw our name on the building directory while passing through. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just focus on what needs to get done for the properties we handle in the Pune area. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we don’t really mind the wait. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors for a minute. That is pretty much how things go for us.
