Fortis Realty

Fortis Realty is located in Office No 5 at Krishn Kriti, right in Sector No 26 in Nigdi. It is near that spot everyone calls Mahalaxmi Five Roads, and Parmar Park is just a short walk away. The office is a small space, but it is enough for what we need to get done. We usually have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of folders scattered around. It is easy to get to us if you are already in the Nigdi area. Most of the time, one of us is out showing a flat while the other stays back to handle the phone. We do not have any fancy displays or big digital screens on the walls. It is just us and our notebooks. Working around Five Roads means there is always a lot of movement outside our window. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We try to stay on top of the changes. It involves a lot of walking and talking, really. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days we do not even have time to go out for lunch. We are not part of some huge chain; we just handle things locally. People know where to find us if they need something in this part of town. It is a plain way to make a living.
