We are located over on Bhandarkar Road, tucked away in Lane 8 near Deccan Gymkhana. The office is actually care of Mr. Sameer Mardhekar at number 880. It’s a nice part of Pune, usually quite busy with students and people heading to the market. Our setup is pretty simple. We operate as a franchisee, so we have our specific routines and systems that we follow every day. It’s not a massive operation. We have a few desks where we handle the share market stuff and talk to people about their accounts. The building has that old Pune feel to it, which we actually quite like. It’s not one of those new glass towers you see popping up everywhere. We’ve been in this lane for some time now, and we know the tea stall guy and the other shopkeepers nearby. People drop in, sometimes just to ask a quick question or drop off some documents. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us handling the day-to-day business. The office can get a bit loud when the markets are moving fast, but generally, it’s a calm place to work. We keep things functional. No fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets that we don't need. Just the basics to get the job done for the folks who trust us with their work. It's a reliable little spot in a good part of town where we spend most of our daylight hours.
