Flovi Adtech Private Limited

We’re based out of FNO 802A at Silver Dale, which sits right on the Pune-Mumbai Highway in Baner. If you’ve ever driven past, you know how busy that road gets. Being in Baner is great because there’s always something happening, but the noise from the highway is a constant background sound for us. Flovi Adtech is a small team working on tech and advertising stuff. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just looking at data and fixing things that break. Our office is a functional space with desks crammed together and a lot of monitors. We aren't big on decorations; we just have what we need to get the work done. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes we go out to the highway dhabas if we have time. We’ve had a few rainy days where the roof leaked a tiny bit, but we just moved the desks and kept going. That’s just the reality of a local business. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say, so we just talk normally. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a good service and keep the lights on. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, but it’s ours. We appreciate the people who work with us and we try to keep things simple and honest. It is just another day at the office for us.
