Floodgate Media Llp

Our office is located at Keshar Garden, right on Spine Road in the PCNTDA area of Bhosari. We are at Plot No. 72/2, specifically in Row House No. C4 in Sector 3. It is a nice enough spot to work from, and it feels more like a home than a cold business center. Floodgate Media Llp has been based in this part of Bhosari for a while now. We like the layout of the row houses because it gives us a bit of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere to get our media work done. Spine Road is a major landmark, so it is not too hard for people to find the general area. Inside C4, it is mostly just us and our equipment. We do not have any expensive furniture or fancy lobby areas. It is just a place with desks, chairs, and a small area where we make tea. Some days the neighborhood is quiet, and other days there is a lot of activity on the street. We just keep our heads down and focus on what we have to do. The 72/2 plot is a solid place to be. We are just a small team, so we do not need a massive amount of space. We value being able to work in a place that feels comfortable and practical. It is not a corporate showroom; it is a real working office with all the little imperfections you would expect. We are just doing our thing here in Keshar Garden.
