This place is located in Kothrud, over in Pune. We are in Tejalkunj, which is near the Maruti Mandir. If you know the area, it is a pretty familiar landmark for most locals. The office is tucked away in a spot that stays relatively quiet, which is a relief. We don't have a giant corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we have our space set up. Most mornings start with someone opening the windows to let some air in before it gets too hot. We have a few desks pushed together and some chairs that have seen better days. There is a small area for making tea and coffee, which gets used a lot during the late afternoon slump. Being near the temple means you hear the bells sometimes, and there is usually a bit of a crowd around during festival times. We just go about our work, handling whatever comes through the door or over the phone. It is a small team here, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at one of the small eateries down the lane. It is a simple life in the office. We do our hours, keep the place as tidy as we can, and then lock up for the night. It is not glamorous, but it is where we do what we do.
