We are located in Pune, specifically over in the Kirkee area. The address is Flat Number D/4 in Gandham Nagar, which is off Alandi Road East. It’s a bit of a residential setting, being in a flat and all. Pune has changed a lot, but this part of Alandi Road still feels like it has its own character. Finspec Financial Advisory Llp operates out of this space. It’s not a corporate tower or anything like that. Just a regular room where we do our work. The 411003 pin code is what you’d put on the letters. Getting here usually involves navigating the Pune traffic, which can be a bit of a headache depending on the time of day. We’ve got the usual furniture and files spread around the flat. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside and away from the main road noise. Gandham Nagar is a decent little pocket of the city. We like being in Kirkee because it feels a bit more grounded than the newer parts of town. There are plenty of local shops nearby if we need to grab a tea or some supplies. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us. We spend most of our weekdays here at D/4. It’s just our base of operations. The building is fairly old-school, which suits the way we handle things. We are just here doing our bit in this corner of Pune.
