Federal Associates Pune

Federal Associates Pune is located on the 2Nd Floor of a building on Gulunche Station Road in Kalol. It’s a bit of a climb because the elevator is out of order more often than it’s working. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some filing cabinets that are overflowing and a few desks that have seen better days. We handle a lot of paperwork and administrative stuff. It’s not the most exciting work, but it needs to get done. My brother and I started this together after we left our old jobs. We’ve got a couple of assistants who help us with the data entry and the filing. The view from the second floor is just the station road, which is always full of people and rickshaws. It can get pretty noisy with all the honking. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign. Most of our work comes from people in the area who know us. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get buried under stacks of papers. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Pune. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families. It’s a small, honest operation here in Kalol. We’ve been in this same spot for five years now.
