Our place is Flat-5 in Panchnath Apartment, located in Nadhe Nagar. It is right near Pachpir Chowk in Kalewadi, which is a busy little hub in Pimpri. Since we are in an apartment building rather than a commercial mall, it feels a bit more relaxed than a typical office. We have converted the rooms into workspaces, but it still has that residential feel to it. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—scooters buzzing by and people talking at the chowk. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a small nameplate. It’s a bit of a climb up if you aren't used to these older buildings, but it works for us. Most of the time, the table is covered with maps and printouts of different properties in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. We spend a lot of time on our phones or driving out to meet people at different sites. The apartment stays relatively cool even when it's hot outside, which is a relief. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. Usually, there’s a stack of newspapers on the corner table and a half-empty water jar. It’s an honest, working space where we handle the day-to-day tasks of the housing market. We have been in this spot for a bit now and know the local area quite well.
