Fame Realty is in the Saikrupa Building, near Shetkari Baba, over in Anand Nagar on Sinhagad Road. If you know the area, you know how busy Sinhagad Road can get, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Our office is in a good spot where we can see everything going on. We have been in this building for a while now. It is a simple place with a few desks and some old chairs for when people stop by to chat about property. We don't do anything too fancy here. Mostly, we just keep track of what houses and shops are available in Anand Nagar. The landmark near us, Shetkari Baba, makes it easy for people to find us without getting lost. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or meeting people at different sites around the neighborhood. It gets quite dusty sometimes because of the road construction, but we just keep the windows shut and the fan running. We have a small kitchenette in the back where we make tea for anyone who comes in. It is a very casual environment. We know most of the other shop owners in the building, so there is a bit of a community feel. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just know our name from being around for so long. It is just steady work, day in and day out, helping folks find a place.
