Fairdeal Estate

Fairdeal Estate is located at 2448/33 in the Viman Nagar Midc area. It’s a very industrial and busy part of town. We mostly handle industrial plots and commercial spaces because of where we are. There’s always trucks moving and a lot of noise from the nearby factories. Our office is a simple place where we keep all the records for the different properties we manage. People come to us when they need a warehouse or a space for their small business. We’ve been in Viman Nagar for a long time and have seen the Midc area grow quite a bit. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time measuring spaces and checking on maintenance issues. Sometimes we have to deal with leaky roofs or power problems in the older units. We just try to get things fixed so the tenants can keep working. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. We just have a small team of local people who know how the Midc works. Dealing with the paperwork for industrial land can be a real pain, but we’ve done it so many times it’s just second nature now. People call us because they know we are right here on the ground. We just do our work and go home, simple as that. It’s a gritty area but it’s where we belong. We keep it straightforward with everyone who stops by.
